 If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from the assistage store, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund including any prepayments to subscriptions. To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product, contact assistage customer services on 01925 - 732477 or email and identify you wish to return your order. 

We will email you with a returns number (RN) and an address to return your product. We will refund your payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned items. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to assistage.

You can cancel your subscriptions at anytime by visiting your assistage subscription account for 3rings and for the True-Kare products. Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current paid period. Alternatively, call assistage customer services on 01925 - 732477.

​You can also cancel your subscription for the AgeUK Personal Alarm at anytime by calling assistage customer services on 01925 - 732477.  Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current active subscription period. 

Cancellation of orders:

Orders can be cancelled up to the time shipment has been arranged. Call assistage customer services on 01925 - 732477 to cancel your order. Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders within 30 days.  Should shipment been arranged or product has been despatch and you still wish to cancel then please check out our 30 day money back guaranteed and returns policy below.

Delivery Information and Availability:

​​Each package has a delivery cost of £4.50 per unit unless otherwise stated. Purchases made on the assistage store ship as soon as your product is available. 

Once your order is available, it will normally ship within 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email with your shipment carrier and tracking information, if available.

Our normal method of delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel Signed for.

We will always ship your entire order in one shipment. If all or part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, your whole order will wait until everything is available.

We only ship within the UK.
